Description

The CNA course is approved by the Georgia Medical Care Foundation (GMCF) and participants are eligible to sit for the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) examination. The curriculum emphasizes holistic and patient-focused care consistent with the guidelines established by OBRA. The course consists of lecture/lab instruction and 24-hour supervised clinical rotation. The Day class will meet six hours each day, Monday – Thursday for four weeks. The evening class will meet five hours each night, Monday-Wednesday for 5 weeks. No High School Diploma is required.
